Hi, I’m Rich, and I manage the Projects team at The Agency Works, getting our newest clients successfully onboarded and set up. I’m also part of TAW’s board and senior management teams, helping to drive and shape the future of the business.

I previously worked in specialist IT and financial roles where I discovered my ‘natural talent’ and enjoyment in delivering training and consultancy services. I’ve since built up 10 years experience in working with over 200 agencies in the creative sector, providing innovative solutions that make a real difference to their future. The people, the industry and the role make every day different for me, a huge part of why I enjoy what I do.
